In the mist of all the people who come thru Jeff’s studio I was able to do a song with Rhymefest . It was a real experience. Rhymefest made me write my verse four times before we finally chose the winner. I personally think that I nailed it the 1st time but it wasn’t my song to say. Oh yes!!! I ended 2008 with a BIG BANG! Shout out to all the people who partied their asses off at The Pier at Caesars on NYE. It was crazy. The moment I got on the stage girls rushed me. I felt like Mc Hammer or something. Shout out to the sexy bartender, Allana who treated me like a star all night long. This was the biggest party Ive ever hosted. Itm costs 150.00 per ticket (GODAMN!). The highlight of the night was definitley being on stage wit my man Qtip tho. I thought he was gonna rap but he was on the wheels of steel (not to shabby). I got hype when he performed the 1st verse from Vivrant thing though. All in all that was just a glimpse as to what the year of 2009 holds for my people . I fall in love with philly a little more everytime I go there. I hosted a party at The Denim Lounge on Wednesday nite and we had a ball! For starters there were 4 turntables in the booth and 8 top shelf philly dj on deck. Dj Sat-One, Dj Ak-tive, Dj Impulse, Dj J1, Dj Bee, Dj Adam Bomb, Dj kwestion, and Dj Prince. This was all in celebration of Dj Excell (one of phillys finest) moving to LA to make some powers moves. Shout out and good luck to the big homie! My man and my personal favorite philly mc Reef the Lost Cause came out and showed love. Dude is nice. My favorite part of the night by far was when Bee and Ak-tive spun together and showed me the definition of teamwork on the 1’s and 2’s. It was incredible!
